I have recently aquired the occasional use of a Celestron Nextstar 8 telescope. So I purchased an adapter and eyepiece projection set for my Canon Rebel XS. With this I've been doing some playing around with Astro-Photography. I also stumbled upon a very useful piece of free software called RegiStax 5. This software allows the registration and stacking of multiple exposures, either from captured video or multiple still images. The two images here are the results of this hardware and software. The Moon is from three exposures, Jupiter from 15.
